About Mulcahy's

We are a Legal Practice that assists members of the medical profession in their dealings with the Professional Services Review (PSR) which is the authority established by the Federal Government to examine the conduct of Health practitioners to determine whether or not:

• they have practised improperly in relation to Services which attract Medicare rebates ; or
• they have prescribed inappropriately under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme

The Health Insurance Act 1973 is an Act of the Federal Parliament of Australia and accordingly we act on behalf of Health Practitioners from all Australian States and Territories.

Mulcahy's was founded in 1994 by Mr Brian Mulcahy, the Mananging Partner of the firm.
